2.RAW MATERIALS AREA
Raw Materials Are Also The Main Factor Affecting The Production Of Products. Our Gn Pan Has Three Materials, Namely 201, 304, And 316l. The Factory Needs To Maintain The Supply Of Raw Materials All Year Round. The Raw Material Size Corresponding To Each Different Size Of Gn Pan Is Also Different.
3.MACHINE DEBUGGING
When The Molds And Raw Materials Are Ready, We Need To Debug The Machines And Molds To Ensure That There Are No Accidents In The Products Produced. This Requires An Experienced Team To Ensure Every Production Link Of Our Products!
4.MATERIAL CUTTING
When The Above Steps Are Ready, We Enter The First Step Of Our Production. We Pull Out The Stainless Steel Coil And Release It, And Then Use The Machine To Cut The Stainless Steel Coil Into Rectangular Or Circular Shapes According To Fixed Sizes.
5.FORGING AND DRAWING
When We Have The Raw Materials For Production, We Put The Plate On The Hydraulic Press And Stretch It Once To Produce The Prototype Of The Product. After The First Stamping, There Will Be Many Wrinkles On The Product. This Is Because The Toughness Of The Material Is Too Low. We Also Need To Quench The Product To Improve Its Toughness. Ensure That The Overall Product Will Not Be Deformed And Flat After The Second Stretching!
6.AUTOMATION MACHINERY
Entering Our Automatic Production Process, We Place The Products After Secondary Stretching On The Fully Automatic Production Line With A Robot Arm, Press The Bottom Of The Product Again, And Then Repair The Edge Of The Product To Make It Smooth So That It Will Not Cut Your Hands. The Products Are Then Treated With Chemical Electrolytes To Ensure A Bright And Shiny Surface.
7.LASER ENGRAVING
If The Customer Has A Specific Customization Requirement, We Need To Reprocess The Produced Product. To Perform Perforation On The Bottom And Side Of The Product, We Need To Use Our Laser Cutting Machine To Adjust The Graphics To Be Cut (The Graphics Can Be Circular, Rectangular, Square, Oval...) And The Size Of The Picture, As Well As The Spacing Between The Graphics To Meet The Specific Needs Of The Customer.
8.PRODUCT PACKAGING
After Everything Is Completed, Our Packing Staff Will Put The Machine On The Flow Line And Use The Machine To Stick Labels And Plastic Seal The Products. Ensure That The Products Will Not Be Squeezed Or Scratched During Transportation And Handling. Then Pack Them Into Each Kraft Paper Box According To The Customer s Packaging Requirements!
9.DELIVERY
The Final Delivery Link Is Also Based On The Customer s Needs. Our Transportation Drivers Will Deliver The Goods To The Designated Warehouse In China, Or We Will Contact The Transportation Agency To Transport The Container To The Factory For Delivery And Then Send It To The Port!
